Practices begin July 7, 2026, and run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
All practices are held at Turf Training Centre 4, 1030 34 Avenue, Nisku, AB
- Men's field practices (including U7 and U9 Co-Ed) run twice a week.
- U11, U13, U15, and U19 Women's Field Schedule: Our female athletes follow an alternating week schedule where they practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays one week, and then on Tuesdays on the alternating week.
The earliest start time (for our youngest players) is 6:00 PM. The latest start time (for our oldest players) is 7:30 PM.
