FIELD DAY DETAILS
LOCATION: Ecole Lacombe Junior High School, 5830 50th St, Lacombe, AB T4L 1G5
We believe in leaving places better than we found them. Please ensure your teams clean up after themselves at the conclusion of each game and each night. There will be several
garbage and recycling bins located around the fields. We would appreciate it if clubs could communicate such to all members, players, and coaches.
Please be advised that each team must provide one volunteer per game. They will be expected to either Score keep or Time keep each game they participate in.
Game sheets will available at each field in the corresponding field bin. At the conclusion of the game please return the white copy of the score sheet to the field bin and keep your
team's corresponding copy.
We will do our best to ensure medical personnel are on hand with dedicated volunteer members with medical qualifications.
We expect to have food services on site and food trucks available. Participating vendors to be determined.
The club tent area will be identified on the field map layout that will be provided in advance for all participating clubs. Please follow and abide by the site selection.
Pets are allowed at the Fields. Please CLEAN-UP after them and ensure they are maintained on a leash at all times and that you have plenty of water.
The Central Alberta Field Day will continue in rain and inclement weather at the discretion of the Tournament Director. We will not play in lightning and severe weather including extremely high heat indexes.
