AFLA Field Day - Girls Division Schedule Posted
The schedule for August 28th is posted below. PLEASE RELY ON THIS SCHEDULE RATHER THAN THE TIMES/LOCATIONS FOR THE GIRLS’ DIVISION THAT ARE SHOWING IN RAMP ON THE AFLA WEBSITE. Please consider the attached schedule to be the schedule for the field day for the girls.
We have also updated the “Field Day Information - 2022 Season,” section of our website with this information.
To give girls from across the province the greatest opportunity to play, for Sunday, August 28, 2022, Field Day, the AFLA will use the following approach:
- There will be two Divisions of play: U12 and U19.
- We will combine girls from all of the clubs to form 2 teams in each division. For this field day, the coaches from the Razorbacks and the Jesters will assign the players to teams at the fields rather than pre-assigning them as we did at our last field day in July.
- All teams (both divisions) will play 3 games.
- All U19 players from all of the clubs need to arrive for team assignment at 8:45 AM. The first U19 girls’ game will begin at 9:00 AM.
- All U12 players from all of the clubs need to arrive for team assignment at 9:45 AM. The first U12 girls’ game will begin at 10:00 AM.
- All games in the girls’ division are scheduled for the Collicut Centre - East Field. This field is located on the far east side of the Collicut Centre.
